University Overview

Caucasus University (CU) is one of the leading institutions of higher education in Georgia and Eastern Europe. The history of Caucasus University dates back to 1998 when the Caucasus School of Business (CSB) was established with funding from the United States government in collaboration with the University of Georgia (Atlanta, USA). Thus, the first Western-style educational system was introduced in Georgia. In 2004, Caucasus University (CU) was founded based on the Caucasus School of Business and became its main college.

In 2019, Caucasus University was the first university in the Georgian education sector to open a European campus in the buildings of the Rennes School of Business (France).

University Requirements

  • Translated and authenticated high school completion certificates for undergraduate programs.
  • University diploma for admission to master’s programs.
  • University application form.

  • Online video interview.
  • IELTS, TOEFL, SAT scores (optional).

University Location

  • The main campus of Caucasus University is located at Batumi Street 1, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia.
  • In 2023, the university opened its new campus in Batumi.
  • Caucasus University currently consists of eight faculties: Business School, Law School, School of Media, School of Technology, School of Governance, School of Social Sciences, School of Tourism, and School of Medicine and Health Sciences. It offers undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs within these faculties.
