- No Refund Policy We do not provide refunds for any reason once the admission process has begun. Our services involve consultations, document processing, and university liaison efforts, which require significant time and resources. As a result, all fees paid are non-refundable.
- Commitment to the Process Once a student engages our services, they commit to the admissions process. Our team will provide guidance and assistance, but securing admission depends on the university’s decision and the student’s eligibility.
- Exceptional Circumstances In cases of unforeseen emergencies, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- No-Show Policy Failure to provide the necessary documents or follow through with the admission process does not entitle the student to a refund or service transfer.
